Your happiness is our top priority at Digi Assets (Private) Limited. If you are dissatisfied with any product or service you have purchased from us, you may be eligible for a refund, either full or partial, as long as the item is still within the product or service's refundable validity period. When this becomes required, you must inform us in writing. Otherwise, you are not eligible for the refund or partial refund.

You are not permitted to duplicate, reproduce, resell, or misuse any part of our product or service, use of the service, or access to the service if you are not authorized to do so or without Digi Asset's prior written authorization. If you experience any further loss or damage as a result of the above described unauthorized method, we are not obligated to reimburse you for your loss. In addition, we could file a lawsuit against you for participating in the above listed illegal activities.
Moreover, the Services are only for your use; no other party may make use of them or profit from them.
Refunds for offline product and services
The following actions must be performed in order to be qualified for a refund on a product or service:

Refunding
Regarding the product or service that you have bought from us, if there is an issue, you must inform us in writing via email and request a refund, fully or partially, depending on the nature of the product or service you have. You are only entitled to the money you paid; if an additional fee is applied to your payment method, only that amount will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
